Learn how to institute a grants management system to track your organization’s funding.
Many organizations operate with inadequate, incomplete, or non-existent grants management systems that would allow them to produce regularly-requested information in a timely manner for interested parties. Does your organization struggle with tracking costs by funding source, allocating costs across programs, or reporting how funds were used?
Grant proposals, interim reports, and final reports frequently request information surrounding grant performance on both the program and financial sides, and yet many nonprofit organizations do not have procedures in place to accommodate their compliance. Many requests come from funders, auditors, board members, and even clients.
This seminar will address the basic principles for creating a grants management system within your organization to facilitate ready access to information that will aid in meeting proposal and compliance deadlines and making informed decisions.
