Jo DeBolt, MBA, is a Senior Manager with La Piana Consulting with nearly 30 years of experience as a nonprofit executive and consultant. Much of Jo’s work involves starting and growing organizations including designing and developing systems, building boards and staff, implementing new programs, translating vision into action, and ensuring that mechanisms are in place to measure impact.

Lindsay-Hanson

Lindsay Hanson is a Senior Project Manager at grassroots solutions, and has been with the firm since 2003. During that time, she has performed a mix of organizing, evaluation, training, and marketing with outstanding results. Her work includes coordination of the InCommons Collaboration Challenge, a Minnesota initiative aimed at recognizing and supporting innovative collaborations to solve community problems.
