Neighborhood Connections is the small grants program affiliated with the Cleveland Foundation.  Ms. Kay has been involved in the development, training, and facilitation of Neighborhood Connections's resident grantmaking committee since the program's inception in 2003.  She shares insights on grantmaking committee member training, member recruitment, conflict of interest policy, and the goals and spirit of Neighborhood Connections.
