Pam Seamans, MPP, serves as Executive Director at North Carolina Alliance for Health (NCAH), a ten year-old coalition of over 50 statewide organizations that have come together to promote obesity and tobacco use prevention policies at the state level. Pam talks about how her organization collaborated with others through resource-sharing around moving a policy issue forward. She also answers questions about the challenges of collaboration, and gives tips for working with funders on a collaboration project.
