Samin Dadelahi is the Chief Operating Officer at the Wyoming Community Foundation (WYCF). The WYCF is the lead foundation partner on the Wyoming Afterschool Alliance, a collaboration between 12 agencies with the goal of creating quality afterschool programs throughout the state of Wyoming. Stakeholders include lawmakers, heads of professional associations, departments of education and family services.
