This webinar series guides you through these issues to help you start off on solid footing and learn to build an effective organization.
Part 3: Defining Mission and Vision
You know what your nonprofit does, but how do you lead decision makers to agree on a handful of words that articulate your purpose and the goals you want to achieve? Whether your organization is new or you're reconsidering mission and vision for strategic planning, this one-hour program will explain the importance of distilling your message and offer ways to engage your board and staff in developing statements they can own.
