Rebecca Posey is a development researcher and consultant with an independent practice serving NGOs throughout the United States. Her experience is focused on topics related to impact philanthropy, civil society movements, organizational development, social enterprise, and nonprofit social engagement. She presently serves as Georgia state director for the Not For Sale Campaign to end modern day slavery and the chair of Atlanta for Acumen Fund, which uses patient capital approaches to change the way the world tackles poverty. Matt Charboneau is the Arts Network Leader for the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) in Cleveland, OH.
