Learn about funding resources from Foundation Center and Georgia Student Finance Commission.

Representatives from the Foundation Center and the Georgia Student Finance Commission will discuss foundation support and other sources of financial aid for education, nonprofit organizations, and other projects.

Established in 1956 and today supported by close to 550 foundations, Foundation Center is the leading source of information about philanthropy worldwide. Foundation Center is a national nonprofit organization with offices in New York, Atlanta, Cleveland, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. The Center is dedicated to strengthening the social sector by advancing knowledge about philanthropy and accomplishes this mission by providing training, funding databases, and other resources for nonprofit and individual grantseekers.

The Georgia Student Finance Commission is the agency responsible for administering student financial aid programs provided by the State of Georgia, including state- and lottery-funded scholarships and grants, as well as low-cost student loans.
