Learn how to maximize revenue for your organization.

Are you interested in growing or diversifying your revenue streams?  Is your organization considering launching a social enterprise, developing a new earned income stream or beginning a major fundraising program?  Before you invest precious and limited resources, arm yourself with a revenue planning mindset that will support and maximize your organization’s short-term revenue needs and long-term sustainability.  And walk away with tools you can use tomorrow to begin planning your organization’s revenue strategies and tactics.

This highly interactive session will include traditional presentation, group discussion, revenue planning exercises and Q&A.  The final hour will include a panel discussion with nonprofit executives who have used the approach outlined in the class.  Don't miss it!
