Working in the arts, your projects can only be built with the support of donors who are committed to your vision. But asking for money doesn’t have to be frightening! Learn more about the best techniques for making an ask, and gain a newfound confidence in approaching donors.

In this interactive session, you’ll learn more about choosing the right prospects to approach, cultivating those prospects carefully, and using the right moments and the smartest strategies to gain – and keep! – a donor’s support.  This workshop will include practical advice you can apply to your daily work as an artist or arts organization, as well as role-playing exercises that will help you practice for the fundraising endeavors ahead of you.
