Quantifying the intangible outcomes of arts programs can be challenging. Yet, grantmakers are likely to ask what “impact” your program has achieved. Donors want to know how the gift they made increased accessibility to the arts. And clients expect you to listen to and act on their feedback to improve your programs and services. How do you demonstrate your program can meet each of their expectations? Join us and learn how to tell the story effectively and build a case for why your arts program should be funded.
