Program planning isn’t easy. Outside influences, multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and limited budgets make it difficult to know where to start or how to stay on track. Logic models provide a framework for understanding how your program’s resources, activities, and intended outcomes are connected. We’ll explore how to use logic models for planning, describing, and evaluating your programs.
Outcomes: Upon completion of this webinar you should be able to:
- Plan programs focused on outcomes
- Use a logic model for funding proposals to draw clear connections from need to programming to results
- Communicate more clearly about your desired impact both internally and externally
- CEOs and Executive Directors
- Program Directors and Officers
- Development Officers
- Directors of Strategy
