Curious about legal situations you face as a new nonprofit? Join practicing nonprofit attorney Erin Bradrick as she provides a legal overview for start-up organizations.

Topics will include:

  • Fiscal sponsorship and other alternatives to starting a nonprofit organization
  • Incorporating with the state
  • IRS tax deductibility
  • And other legal issues facing young or starting nonprofits.
