Understanding one’s own “conflict pedigree” – how one respects and thinks of conflict is only the first step in knowing how to traverse the inevitable misunderstandings, interpersonal challenges, and downright inability to work together that we experience all the time in our jobs – and with the people we manage.  In this fascinating workshop, we’ll do a deep-dive into our own individual lenses around conflict – and then bring those insights into understanding a “nonviolent communication” peer-to-peer 4 step feedback process … and finally to a proven workplace mediation model that you can use as a manager in your organization.

Danny Ceballos is the founder and principal for Unleashed Consulting, where he works with individuals and organizations to excel in workplace performance, productivity, and employee engagement by "building better bosses" - most notably through his BEST BOSS BOOTCAMP. Danny works with CEOs, executive directors, management teams, and Boards of Directors to create workplace systems, processes, and best practices that are sustainable and triple bottom-line effective.
