We often think of change as getting from one point to another. And at times, we may forget that change encompasses transitions which are more at the emotional and cultural levels. This workshop focuses on using the assets, strengths and emotional transitions organizations must map through to achieve change that transforms our leadership, teams and the organization itself. We examine the change management loop as a leadership tool to align ourselves with change so we may learn to catalyze unexpected innovation and opportunities through great change moments.
