BIO:

Stephanie Arcella is a licensed social worker and a seasoned fundraiser – a unique professional combo.  She brings understanding and knowledge of your work and expertise in building and strengthening funding bases.  She has extensive experience working closely with Board members, Executive Directors, Directors of Development, and major donors.  Stephanie brings expertise in relationship management, strategic and fundraising plan development and implementation, donor cultivation, grants management, and events management to your fundraising team.

Bix Gabriel started her career as a copywriter in advertising, but found that selling toothpaste didn’t quite measure up to the thrill of telling stories about transforming people’s lives. Bix has more than a decade of experience helping nonprofits large and small, local and international, communicate their causes and create lasting impact. She has extensive experience in brand development, communications and marketing strategy development, social media/web tools and strategy, public speaking, staff and board training, and press relations. She has two Masters degrees (Communications and Media Studies) and being a glutton for education, is now pursuing a MFA in Creative Writing.
