In December 2016, Microsoft purchased LinkedIn for $26.2B. As of April 2017, LinkedIn had 500 million members in 200 countries. LinkedIn is the ONLY professional social media digital tool, and is in the top 20 most popular websites in the world. This amazing tool helps you to present yourself and your career qualifications, grow professional relationships, find your next opportunity, and connect with new nonprofit opportunities.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn to strategically create a compelling profile of your capabilities and accomplishments.
  • Gain an understanding for how to grow your organization’s professional reach and reputation.
  • Learn how your profile is only somewhat similar to that of your resume.
  • Receive insights for how Microsoft is going to make the tool more sophisticated and how in only “one click”, you’ll apply for jobs in the future.
