Fundraising should not and cannot be the responsibility of just one person or one department. Everyone at your organization, regardless of their title or job description, has a vital role to play in the fundraising of your nonprofit. In this session, we will discuss how to create a culture of philanthropy. Specific strategies will be shared on how to engage your team – from the receptionist to the board chair – in developing efforts that support your mission.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to redefine “fundraising” for your organization
  • Learn how to encourage a culture of philanthropy in your organization
  • Learn specific strategies for engaging program staff in fundraising
