They may be charities, but they shouldn’t be charity cases. No begging! Run your nonprofit like a business, because that’s what it is. You can only beg, borrow and steal goods and services for your nonprofit organization for so long. Learn how to treat your organization like a small business and not only will it appear as a much more professional organization, it will be able to sustain itself more easily, and grow.
In this workshop attendees will learn how to:
- Budget properly
- Create a diverse set of income streams
- Pitch
- Develop human assets
- Track and report
