What is CFRE?

CFRE stands for Certified Fund Raising Executive, an internationally recognized certification in the fundraising field administered by CFRE International.  To receive--and maintain--accreditation, fundraising professionals must earn continuing education points from a CFRE continuing education approved provider.

Candid is a CFRE continuing education approved provider.

For more information about CFRE, please see CFRE International's Certification page.

How can I get CFRE points for Candid's training courses?

Most Candid training courses provide CFRE points; the number of points varies based on the length of the course.

Candid courses that provide CFRE points include the CFRE logo (like the one below) on the course's webpage with the number of CFRE points listed next to it.

Please note, Candid does not keep a record of the CFRE points you accumulate through our trainings nor do we provide a proof of attendance.  Please keep your training confirmation/receipt or certificate of completion (if provided) as documentation of your continuing education points.

For questions about CFRE points and what documentation you need, please visit CFRE International's web site.
