About

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act became public law at the end of 2017, and much speculation and uncertainty has surrounded the legislation’s implications for the nonprofit sector. How might the law affect organizations’ operations, giving, employee benefit programs, financial processes, and overall sustainability in the near future, as well as further down the road?

Join us for an examination of the opportunities and challenges surrounding the new federal tax bill, from both legal and accounting perspectives, and what the bill may mean for nonprofits, funders, and donors going forward. The session will also cover additional recent changes in the nonprofit financial realm.
