These socially driven business ventures provide entrepreneurs with an innovative platform for designing creative solutions to complicated social problems, while yielding a high level of positive social and financial return on investment. Getting started can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.

Selecting the legal structure of a social enterprise requires a number of practical considerations. As increasing numbers of entrepreneurs choose to incorporate social good into their missions, the options for legal structures have expanded and changed.

This dynamic session will cover:
