Dr. Lydia Hughes-Evans is Owner and Principal Consultant of Pure Momentum Consulting. Her extensive experience has led her to work with both organizations and individuals in various capacities. Her passion is to provide organizational strategy and design support to nonprofits, which seek to promote employee engagement and propel agency efficiency and effectiveness.
Dr. Lydia received her Bachelors of Arts in English & Psychology from Maryville University, and both her Masters of Education and Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. Dr. Lydia enjoys reading and travelling in her spare time, and currently resides in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California.
