About

This interactive, hands-on workshop will focus on how smaller development teams, even those with one staff, can integrate major gifts into its fund development program. The two-hour session will consist of a panel discussion, followed by breakout groups. In those smaller groups, our expert panelists will answer your specific questions on how to pursue a major gifts strategy.

This program is part of a series that began in 2018 with "A Day in the Life of a Major Gifts Officer," followed by "Taking the Mystery Out of Moves Management."

The next program in the series is "Workshopping Moves Management."

You are welcome to bring your own lunch! Soft drinks and snacks will be provided.

Space is limited!
