Many nonprofits in §501(c)(3) sector have an interest in becoming self-sustaining. Boards, foundations, and other stakeholders often ask how a nonprofit can generate income for this purpose. This presentation will cover the some of the legal issues with selling goods or services. It will include options for doing so without jeopardizing your tax-exempt status. This class is in collaboration with Pro Bono Partnerships of Atlanta.
