About

Make sure you have the groundwork that must be in place before your new nonprofit organization can thrive. Learn the characteristics of effective nonprofits and assess whether yours is ready for foundation fundraising. In this workshop, Rebecca Kirby, Lead Change Agent at Metamorphosis Change Agents, walks you through the steps to defining your mission, obtaining incorporation and nonprofit status and building an effective board.  Attendees are encouraged to bring a sack lunch as there are few lunch options close by and time is limited.  This workshop is designed for those seeking to establish a new nonprofit organization.

Made possible by The Indianapolis Foundation Library Fund and The Emily Fund through grants to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

This event is organized by a Funding Information Network partner.
