About

Starting a nonprofit requires navigating a complex legal process, leaving many new groups without the knowledge and resources needed to make practical decisions for their organizations. This workshop will help you understand the various legal concerns new nonprofits face and provide tools to make informed decisions. Justin Zaremby, an expert attorney from Patterson Belknap Webb and Tyler LLP will review legal structures, walk you through the formation process, and discuss ongoing operational considerations.
