About

In fourteen years of advising nonprofits as Executive Director of Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, Rachel Epps Spears has received many calls from panicked nonprofit executives who just received a scary letter from the IRS, the Department of Labor, a plaintiff’s attorney or a disgruntled employee. Rachel knows how nonprofits get into trouble, and she will use that knowledge to help your organization stay out of trouble. Attendees will learn about the 10 biggest risks nonprofits face and what steps they should take now to help avoid lawsuits, government fines, reputational damage, and other costly consequences. This workshop is presented in collaboration with Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
