BIOS:

Paula Park is Senior Relationship Manager at BankUnited, and is responsible for new business development in the nonprofit, higher education and healthcare sectors of the commercial banking department. A banking industry veteran with 25 years of experience, Park has focused much of her career on managing the banking needs of tax-exempt organizations. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of the education and nonprofit banking group, northeast region at Wells Fargo Bank in Manhattan.

Amy West is currently the Chief Financial Officer of AHRC New York City (“AHRC”).  AHRC is an organization with a $270 Million budget that provides critical services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.  Prior to joining AHRC, Amy served for eight years as the Director of Finance of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. Amy also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Budget at the United States Fund for UNICEF and worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries.  She began her career as the Coordinator of Fiscal Operations for the New York Public Library. 

Tim Kirby is a Director at Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) with over 25 years of leadership experience as a client services professional.  For the last eight years his focus has been exclusively serving non-profit and healthcare organizations in New York City and the surrounding areas. Tim has led initiatives that have delivered over 2 million dollars in savings across a number of expense areas to clients spanning social welfare, healthcare, education, religious, and legal. Prior to joining ERA, Tim ran the Manhattan location of New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, the largest computer training school in the world. 

Paul Konigstein is an experienced CFO with nearly 25 years of expertise assisting both domestic and international nonprofit organizations. In his work, Paul’s implementation of best practices, streamlining of current systems, and emphasis on collaborative measures have been instrumental in achieving optimal organizational efficiency. Since joining the AMS team, Paul has served as Interim CFO for a workforce development organization, a music school, a private day school, and an international diplomacy nonprofit. Additionally, he has also served as Interim Controller for a medical research organization and worked on special projects for a social service agency, an affordable housing developer, and a theater. Paul is currently an outsourced part-time CFO for a theater and a youth development organization.
